My approach is grounded in Humanistic therapies & relational psychotherapy and informed by the Innate Entitlement Framework™.

• your emotional and nervous system responses
• your expectations of yourself and others

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, therapy becomes a process of gently exploring and making sense of your experience.
