Clinical Supervision

Supporting you as you support others
Supervision is a vital part of every therapist’s journey, offering a space to reflect, grow, and deepen your capacity to work safely and authentically with clients.
Whether you are a trainee just beginning to find your voice or an experienced therapist looking to stay grounded and nourished, supervision provides essential support and connection.
My approach to supervision
My supervision style is deeply relational, experiential, and embodied. I hold a safe and compassionate space where you can explore not only your client work but also your own emotional responses, patterns, and growing edges as a practitioner.
In our sessions, we work dialogically and mindfully — exploring your experiences in the here and now, integrating body awareness, and bringing attention to the relational dynamics that arise.
I believe supervision is not just about discussing techniques or cases — it is about nurturing your professional and personal development, helping you stay connected to your authentic self, and building your resilience and confidence as a therapist.
For trainees and students
I understand the unique challenges and vulnerabilities that come with being a trainee therapist. Learning to trust yourself, finding your authentic therapeutic voice, and navigating practical demands can feel overwhelming at times.
As someone who supervises master’s level psychotherapy students at The University of Wales Trinity Saint David, I have extensive experience supporting students in their development.

For qualified therapists
Supervision is equally essential for experienced therapists. It offers a space to explore complex cases, deepen self-awareness, and prevent burnout.
I support qualified therapists to:
• Reflect on and enhance their relational presence
• Explore embodied and emotional responses to client work
• Maintain ethical and professional standards
• Continue growing personally and professionally
My story
My own journey taught me the value of supervision and ongoing support. When I moved to London from Brazil alone at 25 — without speaking English — I learned to rely on my inner presence, trust, and deep connection with others. This experience shapes how I hold space for therapists today: with warmth, openness, and genuine care.
I believe supervision should feel like a place where you are not only guided but also deeply seen and supported as a whole person.
