Types of Coaching I Offer
ADHD Coaching
A supportive space to understand your ADHD profile and create strategies that honour how your mind works. We explore emotional regulation, overwhelm, focus, procrastination, decision-making, routines, time management and self-compassion. You learn how to work with your brain, not against it.
Career & Purpose Coaching
Ideal for moments of transition, uncertainty or burnout. We look at your strengths, motivations, values and long-term aspirations. This coaching helps you gain clarity, build confidence, reconnect with meaning and take purposeful steps in your professional life.
Confidence & Self-Esteem Coaching
A gentle and empowering process for anyone who struggles with self-doubt, negative inner dialogue or perfectionism. Through reflective work and practical tools, you strengthen your self-belief, develop self-trust, and build a compassionate relationship with yourself.
Resilience Coaching
Focused on emotional balance, grounded decision-making and inner steadiness. You learn tools for calming your nervous system, managing stress effectively, responding rather than reacting, and building strength from within.
Life Direction & Clarity Coaching
For times when life feels uncertain or stuck. This coaching helps you reconnect with who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go. We explore identity, values, purpose and practical next steps to build a life aligned with your true self.
What to Expect in a Coaching Session
Every coaching session is tailored to you and may include:
- Supportive and compassionate dialogue
- Reflection and gentle exploration
- Values, purpose and clarity work
- Practical tools and strategies
- Emotional support with a future-focused lens
- Building sustainable routines or habits
- Strengthening confidence and decision-making
- Somatic awareness and grounding practices (when relevant)
Sessions are collaborative, non-judgmental and centred on helping you feel empowered, understood and capable of moving forward.
Coaching Programme Options & Fees
To support meaningful and lasting change, I offer a structured 6-session Coaching Programme, similar to my Mindfulness Now Programme.
This framework provides continuity, clarity and a supportive process for exploring your goals, developing self-awareness and building practical tools for daily life.
6-Session Coaching Programme
- £500 when paid in advance (covers all six sessions)
or
- £90 per session if paid in instalments
- Sessions are 50 minutes
- Can be completed weekly, fortnightly or at your pace
- Available online or in person
Many clients choose this programme because it offers a clear pathway for growth, consistency and transformation. Individual sessions can also be arranged if preferred.

To help you deepen your insight and make steady progress between sessions, you will receive personalised homework, reflection prompts and guided exercises tailored to what we explored together.
This may include:
- Reflective journaling prompts
- Value or purpose exploration worksheets
- Behavioural strategies or habit-building tools
- Awareness exercises for emotional regulation
- Confidence or self-esteem reflections
- ADHD-friendly routines or planning templates
- Small, achievable action steps to keep you moving forward
These resources help you stay connected to your goals, build momentum and develop a clearer understanding of what you are working on and how you are growing from session to session.
Between-session support strengthens integration and gives you the structure, clarity and confidence needed to continue your transformation outside the session room.
