What is Integrative Therapy?

Integrative therapy allows the therapist to draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and schools of thought, blending them in a way that best supports each unique client.

This approach recognizes that no single method fits every person or every situation. Instead, integrative therapy weaves together different theories and techniques — emotional, cognitive, behavioural, physiological, and relational — to create a tailor-made package that addresses your specific needs.

Through this flexibility, integrative therapy respects and honors the complexity of each individual. It brings together the whole system within a person, inviting deep healing and self-discovery in a way that feels authentic and aligned.

In my practice, I integrate body awareness, mindfulness, and relational depth into each session. I draw from humanistic, existential, gestalt, person-centred, emotion-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapies — always listening deeply to what feels right for you in the moment.

My own journey has taught me the power of flexibility and presence: leaving Brazil and building a new life in London without speaking English required deep trust in myself, my body, and life itself. It is this same trust, presence, and adaptability that I bring into my therapeutic work with you.
